As a part of the Art Grove installations of August 2015, I gathered data from visitors to Franklin Park's Wilderness Grove Picnic Area about who they are and what the Wilderness Grove area smelled like to them. On the installation's opening weekend, I led "nose trainings" in person and then used installed elements over the course of two months to distribute and collect smell mapping surveys about the area. After the installation, I worked with a perfumer to develop a (natural) perfume based on the information that was collected. It is called "Eau D'Wilderness Grove".
